Skin rash on penis foreskin after sex

I had a sexual encounter with my partner 7 days back, and i think i exerted myself too hard during the act, and as a result , i have hurt my penis foreskin. The upper foreskin of my penis has scratches all over and is not healing even after a week. The head of the penis is also hurt. There is little pain...but a lot of burning sensation and itchy ness...!!! Usually such scratches heals by itself, but this time its Not healing and i am having a lot of burning sensation and cant even move my penis foreskin back. Please suggest what can i do ? Also suggest any ointment or medicine i can take which could assist in healing the area. Thank you.
