Skin rash on hands n face

Asked for Female, 45 Years

My mother is having skin rash since morning. Its red colored purpuric lesions all over the hands and face, and its itchy. As I am a doctor, i gave her tab fexofenadine and calamine lotion but its not subsiding. Please give me some advice.
