Skin rash on chest

Asked for Male, 25 Years

I have a skin rash on chest for more than a week which is not getting better, I have been applying betnovate N, which I usually use for my skin rashes, but this seems to not go, and my skin has gone little flaky too. Can you suggest a better ointment or shall I go and consult a dermatologist.
