Hello .. I wanna know shall I take (clevira) Ayurvedic tablets once a day to boost my immunity overall during this pandemic times..!? as I have seen the medicine is made of natural ingredients. And also it was approved by ICMR recently Thank you in advance

Hi, I would not suggest you to take any Immunity booster. Instead of these boosters i would suggest you to take nutritious balanced homemade food and 30-45 mins of mild to moderate level of exercise. Hope this will help
