Hi , my mother Kavita Khanna, has been facing dry rough patch of skin in her right hand since a long time now. It irritates her and it gets itchy if left dry for too long and sometimes when scratched a little blood comes out She's been having this issue since over a year now. Kindly look into the photo and suggest a diagnosis and treatment. Thank you.
