Asked for Female, 28 Years

Since last week I m suffering from skin problem like in my face only my chic area totally getting dry n sometime it's itching too. I applied moisturiser cream but when I washed my face again it's became dry I applied boro plus antiseptic cream too but no remedies. Can you please help me for this what I need to do?
