I have all the body parts and on face full of acne ,it is very pain ful ,i doesnt sleeping in night because of pain and it is horrible to see my face ,and very pain when i get sweat in sun lights ...

So rather than asking for any pain killer like this, it's better u consult a doctor properly in person or online to get the condition examined...
