Asked for Female, 18 Years

I had extreme dryness and burning sensation in my upper lip in and over the vermilion line , though medicine prescribed nothing really healed . Recently palm of my hands and fingers turn slightly red and there's burning sensation and also I am facing itching throughout my body especially during night. Are all these problems related?Can you please help me by diagnosing what has happened...I am worried
