Tretinoin is know to cause dry skin Also the facewash ur using has sallicylic acid known to cause dryness on face. Rather skip to plain clindamycin gel over the lesions and plain ahaglow facewash rather than ahaglow s. Dont worry much and stop taking oily food, and no use of cosmetics should be there. U will be fine.
