Hello,
This can be a parasitic infection called as scabies, these parasites are very tiny and not visible to naked eyes.
You should visit a near by dermatologist and start your treatment asap.
Other precautions like washing your clothes, bed sheet, towels in hot boiling water and sun dry them. ironed clothes should be used.
Others sharing your room should also get treated because this infection is contagious.
