Asked for Male, 17 Years

I am 17 years old. Last week I went to barber shop to get haircut and beard trimming.Back in home , after having shower I noticed that skin in beard area got red/grayish patches and also skin got dry and started to shed like dandruff.It's doesn't pain but it itchs. I have been using coconut oil and turmeric powder as disinfectants,but I don't see any results.I haven't consulted any doctor because it wasn't as worse as now.Pls let me know what is the problem, possibly hoe to treat it .
