Dear sir /madam I have been suffering from a itchy red and black dots under arm. I usually take bath daily once and if i skip my bath i am getting these spots and these are Turning black day by bay as it is covid time im not willing to go offline doctor suggest me a solution and iam posting a pic please mam and sir
