Some skin diseases in my father leg.he is using bioline cream but its not effictive.he is open heart surgery patient.So how to cure this skin problem as soon as possible.which is more effective for this skin.so please rectify this skin problem.Thank you doctor

He has a chronic skin allergy. Application of a cream will give temporary improvement but if you stop applying it will recur. But you cannot keep using the same cream for a long time as it can have side effects. For initial control a stronger cream will be needed and then we can switch over to a milder cream to maintain the response. Please get the problem checked thoroughly by visiting a qualified dermatologist or you can send images online through private online consult for a better assessment of the problem.
