  4. Skin Problem. Is white spots on my skin?

Sir, i have a Problem on skin but,I already consulted a doctor who is near to my house, she said that because excess count of EOSINOPHIL skin disease was affected but I was took treatment since two months. I didn't observe any change on my skin, but while I am using medicines since two weeks another problem started that is white spots on my skin
