Skin Problem rashes burning pain spread

Asked for Male, 22 Years

It started with Rashes. The area was swollen and liquid filled. I am having a burning pain in that area for long times. Also, the thing is expanding and the skin looks very bad. A local doctor told me it might be Herpes Zoster, but after I took his medicines for 4 days now, the thing hasn't stopped and I continue to get new areas that are affected.
