Hello... Im having the growth of some pimple like things on my right pointing finger...and it's appearing frequently in recent times and not going easily... please explain what I can do and what can be done for it...thanks in advance

It's a Wart
Cause: Virus
Options to treat: remove with RF cautery / chemical cauterization / laser ablation or Wait for it to resolve by own ( takes long though can spread)
Take Zinc supplements

You can get cautery done, or incised out for better results.
Intake of tablets wont give much results
