Hello, if you have very dark skin, it needs to be evaluated first. Vit b 12 levels can be checked and medicines started accordingly.
Sunprotection and Sunscreen is a must of min SPF 30.
Night cream with kojic acid will help. But if it's very dark then along with this procedures will help.
