My skin getting darker day by day and also i have oily skin with lots of small pimples on my face please suggest me some measures to get rid of dull face colour and small pimples

Hey, pimples are common with oily skin ,apply oil controlling creams and face wash, avoid dust ,smoke , apply sun screen lotion appropriate for your skin .wash face twice daily, consult dermatologist
