  4. Skin problem. Use lipstick very rarely.

Skin problem
My skin around and two corner of my lips become black, dry and flaky. I applied vaseline and boroline but problem has not solved. It happened suddenly. I feels dry when i open my mouth and it also looks bad.is this due to sun and sea exposure or due to lip stick i dont know though i use lipstick very rarely. Seeking solution.
