  4. Skin problem. 4month old. please advice.

Skin problem.
My daughter have got some red rashes like eruptions on her forehead and left side of her head. At first we thought it to be mosquito bites but it doesn't seems like that now. She had taken Alex today in the morning and karval and Nasoclear as prescribed by you.. She's 4month old.Please advice.
