My age is 31 year...i have normal fair complexion... but i have many scars.. moles and dark patches on my skin.. dnt have flawless radiant skin.. can i use glutathione tablets.. if yes than which company shud i use and what should b the dosage ..

Glutathione tablet alone never works for dark patches.apply a physical sunscreen and some depigmenting agent like kojic acid.moles should be surgically removed depending on depth and for scars you should go for laser/fractional microneedling RF machine which gives a good glow on face as well. please visit a dermatologist before starting anything.thanks
