Asked for Male, 6 Years

My 6 year old son recently developed some rashes on his face particularly around the chin area which looked like various tiny red pimples ...my doctor suggested that it was atopic dermatitis and prescribed a steroid cream called fucibet ...the rashes are better now but have left a discoloured skin which looks dry black and really ugly ...what can be done to heal this discoloured skin fast and effectively as my sons face looks really bad due to this ....
