Iv got these skin rashes on my face which have also caused extreme dryness and patchiness. Is it because of the sun or some kind of allergy. Please suggest me a cure.

First and foremost thing, stop washing your face multiple times. Wash your face just once or twice and Pat dry, don't rub. Start applying moisturizer twice a day. Start using sunscreen every three hourly.
