In palm firstly rashes arise nd then irritation occurs nd then crackning of skin is seen nd dryness in that part also seen nd inside nails also i think it is happening ...which is very painful...nd in this lockdown situation what should i do i don't know..plzz help me what should i do...actually i have this skin problem since when i was in 5th or 6th standard but not in my hands it is in my #feets nd suddenly i m noticing it in my hands so i m so much worried about...plzzz suggest me..what to do...thank you
