Asked for Male, 20 Years

I've a red skin rash which is itchy at times... I'm not sure whether it is ringworm or no.. I've been using clonate-f ointment... I was told to use that ointment by a medical store person.. it wasn't told by a doctor. So can't u please clarify me with the problem and required medication to cure it
