Skin Problem
I live in India. My Mom and Dad are very fair. On both sides i have part English Ancestry.I was born pale white but was brown as a child. Now last entire year i had absolutely no sun exposure. I live in a place where in summer UV index is 11. Due to this lack of exposure my skin color changed. My Face,Hands, chest and thighs have become reddish white. But my belly and legs and my back are still brown. These places were never exposed to sun. So why were and are still brown?
