Asked for Male, 20 Years

I have got pimple like breakouts as in the picture on right side of my stomach and right side of my back. It's been appearing from past 3days. I feel burning sensation on those patches. I'm thinking it's a fungal infection and I've been applying "Ring guard"ointment on it from 2days. Please suggest a remidy for this problem Thanks in advance.. :-)
