I have been sufferring from a skin problem from 6 months actually my fingers remain dry always...a kind of rashes....also happen...And whenever I touch detergents or salt or spices it enhances.Also whenever i rub my fingers roughly these rashes become more tough..Kindly help me. What should I do and what should I not do.

You may be suffering from hand eczema which is a kind of irritant contact dermatitis due to use of detergents during washing of clothes or utensils or cutting vegetables. Cracks and thickened skin on palms can also be due to psoriasis. Please avoid detergent for some time.
