Skin Problem - I Have Been Diagnosed With Urticaria And Since

I have been diagnosed with urticaria and since 1month I am taking its medicine but my bumps doesn't seem like urticaria now.As soon as I leave medicine for 1-2days these ring type patches appear on my hand.
