Skin Problem
I have a combination type skin and get tanned very easily. During winters, I had a really bad dry skin due to which I have dark black spots on my skin and in some places white patches on my face and it is still not fine. And whenever I am trying to do some medicinal remedy, I am having pimples and acne. Also, I have got severe sunburn on my skin. Please help.

Sun protection is important . Photostable Gel SPF40 / BIODERMA Photoderm AKN Mat SPF30 / La Roche Posay Anthelios XL SPF 50 Dry Touch as sunscreen to be applied half an hour before sun exposure
Increase intake of water & citrus fruits .
