I got some pimple kind of thing in my back and after few days when it dries black spot comes out. Even i get in my forehead... Can you tell me what is the actual issue is?

It can be acne vulgaris. Can you please send your pictures for better diagnosis and treatment.  please send pic of both back and face. Pimple on back is large or small in size. Any white thing coming out of it.
