Hi, I'm 17 years old. I maintain a very good hygiene but my problem is that I have tiny uneven pigments all over my back shoulder, upper arms and below armpits. It's brownish-pink in colour. It's been 3 years and it is getting worse every year and turning into brownish-black. It looks very bad. Please help me.
