Hi doctor.... I have a problem from last 4 months ...melasma dark brown patches are shown on my face ...bcz of that i feel very shy plz help to remove....i have used many types of creams on my face but no result i have found...plz help me

Melasma is difficult to treat but a lot of options are there. First and foremost, you have to follow strict sunprotection. Do not move out of house without sunscreen application 20 mins prior. Creams can be prescribed for melasma. Please send photos for accurate diagnosis and treatment. Please don't use over the counter steroid containing skin lightening creams.
