Asked for Female, 21 Years

Its too much itchy,there are red patches nd there is inflammation. On my wrist there are two round red pathches which increased in size.there is redness on the knucles too nd that is too much itchy and irritating.i hav taken antihistamines but they are not working.plz help me.
