Deep pigmentation of the neck , dorsum of the foot ,dorsum of the hand and armpit.From many years 5 to 6 years .It does not fade away by any home remedies.I am 20 years old then also I have not developed beard properly comes in patches.My elder brothers also suffer from same problem
