Skin problem
Ad severe itching and white blisters in my body. My serum IgE level is 4653 iu/ml. I also have asthma from childhood. Now I had seen doctor and undergone biopsy . I am having this skin allergy for last 10years. But i was given treatment for psoriasis for this last 10 years. Now in biopsy it is diagnosed that i am having Subcorneal Pustular Dermatosis.  What are its complications in future? Is this a serious disease? Biopsy report , Microscopy: Skin showing hyperkeratosis, confluent parakeratosis and pustules in subcorneal location. Granular layer appears mostly preserved. There is irregular acanthosis. A few spongiform pustules seen. Papillary dermis shows oedema and a perivascular inflammation by lymphocytes and a few neutrophils and occasional eosinophils. No fungus seen on special stain. Diagnosis: Consistent with Subcorneal Pustular Dermatosis
