Asked for Male, 34 Years

A small patch of 2×1cm square area on my left foot are itching sometimes and layers of skin removed occasionally. It happen from last six month.from last one month when i some ointment on it, it turn into wounds itching also take place.. some time its appears to recover but from nextday pus comes out. two tiny patches also appear on other places on same foot..please tell me solutions
