Hi ! It is difficult to treat without examing the skin as many skin conditions can mimic each other .Please rule out if any of your friends or family (with whom you are currently staying with) are experiencing the same problem as fungal infection can spread from one person to another . If any of them suffer from the same,they should also be treated.Please also get a random blood sugar test done to rule out diabetes . I hope this helps !
