we want a elaborate history and also it would be of great help if you attach a picture also .
we need to see if its really pimple or some maculopapular rash.

Hello there...I can understand your concern. When did your friend have fever? Because sometimes post fever, some individuals can develop maculopapular rash. This rashes usually subside in a few days. But of it is indeed acne, then treatment will depend on severity of acne. So kindly consult a dermatologist for further evaluation. Also do not use any steroid creams for acne. It will aggrevate the condition.
