I suffer from dark black patches on my face, which is due to pigmentation issue. I am currently using Melalite 15 cream . Can you suggest me a better solution.

Hi Visit a qualified dermatologist and ask for chemical peeling. It will help reduce pigmentation faster than just applying creams and also smoothen and even out your skin complexion. Stay away from sunlight and use a good sunscreen with SPF 30+ daily. Do not take self treatment or use OTC products.
