Greetings. Peeling of skin of lips could occur due to variety of reasons - could be due to allergies / sun exposure / vitamin deficiency etc . it is advisable that you see a qualified dermatologist near you to discuss the issue with him with direct examination. Alternatively you could send pics on follow up chat. You could continue to use simple Vaseline jelly meanwhile. Warm regards
