Skin patches near the ear

Asked for Male, 27 Years

Hi, I recently noticed darker skin patches near both my ears (attached photos) and I am worried if they have to be checked. I feel very minute itching sensation very rarely near my ears but those sensations are not noticeable most of the times. Please someone guide me if this has to be checked immediately with a skin specialist. Thanks, Sakthivel
