Asked for Female, 46 Years

I have indigo reaction on my face.I consulted skin specialist.He recommended some oral medicine and creams which I applied for a month.The blackness has faded but seen visibly.The doctor has recommended me to do Laser.I did not want to go for Laser so I am taking ayurvedic medicines and applications( utna) on face.Will the darkness on my face go ?
