Skin painful upon touch

Asked for Female, 17 Years

On the right side of my body, between my lower back/lower stomach down to my mid thigh, my skin aches and is painful every time I touch it. When I touch my skin in this specific area, it really hurts and I even get a slight burning sensation. It Doesn't hurt when I move my body, only when I touch the skin in that area.
