Skin out due to infection

Question

Asked for Male, 28 Years

My thumb tip skin becomes hard and slowly turns to be dead skin and i need to remove it often. Same goes with index finger. Now some hard dots appears on my thumb and that becomes a dead skin later which needs removal. Please advice
