Skin on penis swollen today suddenly, also seems there are rashes on the skin from few months. I have no sexual issues. Some times when I don't had sex for days then I feel the area behind the skin is dry, I think it's usual for any body. I used to clean with water every day while taking bath. Pls explain or suggest
