Skin on Penis not going down below penis
Dear Dr my penis skin is not going completely down after penis head . Feeling irritation on skin and very tight skin . It was completely fine before few days but now during intercourse skin is not going down after penis head and very painful and skin got irritation if trying forcefully and blood also coming if forcing . Pls tell why this Is happening and what should I do to overcome this .
