Penile burning and dull scrotal itching now m feeling these symptoms and befor 10 days urine culture is sterile....but today I observe single very small pimple like structure on my corona of glans penis on left side which is pain less but red in colour....and the foreskin which comes in contact of this pimple is also red but pain less
