Skin odour after spring bath

Asked for Male, 30 Years

I took a hot water spring bath and now my body smells like pungent sulphur. How to get rid of that smell? Please help me, this smell makes me nauseous and I've learnt my lesson for life to never enter spring water but how to get rid of it. I'm getting sick inside out.
