I had a painful sebaceous cyst in lower abdomen that I had to get excised. I do also have what I believe Fordyce spots all over penis and I am aware they are harmless. However, on the rear side at the bottom of the shaft spots are somewhat bigger with hard skin lumps that cause occasional itching. How can I confirm that they are benign Fordyce spots and not cysts.
Also I checked myself thoroughly to realise on the left part of scrotum I have many black spots like nowhere else on the skin. Are they safe?
Also during summer, however clean I keep myself I always feel itchy at the junction of thighs and hip around the scrotum with a peeling skin. I could control it by over the counter medicines from B tex to Lolicunaz but the problem reoccurs frequently. I believe I had jock itch and the skin there is extra dark. Sometimes it gets fixed by B Tex and sometimes by Lolicunaz but it always reappears within a year. Is there a permanent cure to my problems?
